DIRECTIONS TO USE THE ASPIRATOR
- Hold the baby in your arms.
- Compress the silicone bulb first before inserting the nozzle into the baby’s nostril.
- Avoid compressing the silicone bulb while the soft nozzle is in the baby’s nostril.
HOW TO CLEAN THE ASPIRATOR
- Separate each part
- Wash the parts in mild detergent.
- Rinse well in warm water and air dry.
- Sterilize all parts in boiling water for 3 minutes or use a steam sterilizer.
DIRECTIONS TO USE THE BULB
- Squeeze the bulb and place the dropper's end into the medicine.
- Release the pressure from the bulb to drive the liquid in.
- Squeeze the bulb accordingly to have the required measurement.
- Dispense the medicine slowly into the baby’s mouth.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time refers to the time it takes to conduct order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our suppliers for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Order processing takes an additional 2–4 days.
Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. Domestic delivery usually take between 7-14 business days. Note that due to unforeseeable circumstances, items can take longer to arrive at their destination from time to time.

Our return and exchanges policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
